On Stream Strategies: Nymphing and Line Control

On-stream fly fishing school: Nymphing and Line Control. It is often said trout do 90 percent of their feeding underwater. That being the case, nymphing should be a very effective trout fishing technique. And it is, if done correctly. Our Nymphing and Line Control ON STREAM STRATEGIES teachs what it takes to be successful. You will learn how to mend your line to get an effective drift, where to cast to get your nymph to drift into the feeding lane, and how to control your line so that you can maintain contact with your fly. Our nymphing and Line Control ON STREAM STRATEGY is taught during the spring and fall on either the Little Piney or Niangua Rivers.
